Answer file setting for audit mode

From ICE -->Windows Embedded Edition -->Deployment_xxx-->Real -->Mode, choose "Audit" from Value. (Choose "OOBE System" for "Filter view by")

xxx depends on the image, 32bit -->x86, 64bit -->amd64.
