WE8S issue

1 IE couldn't support adobe flash player -->some work-around method could solve issue.

2. IE tilt couldn't run under administrator account -->could solve by setting IE tilt running under IE desktop.

3. Couldn't install Dynasign player -->not yet get solution. (minor)
