WE8S IE tile couldn't run under administrator account login

If you log in WE8S with Administrator account, IE tile couldn't run. Below error will pop out.

Below is the solution for administrator account log in.
Open control panel -- internet option-- programs--Choose how you open links to "Always in Internet Explorer on the desktop"

Click "check" "Open Internet Explorer tiles on the desktop" then click "Apply".
